By using and/or accessing Hypixel Guild Bot and its features (”Bot”, “Services”) you (”you”, “your”, “User”) agree to the following Terms of Service entailed in this document which is a legal agreement between you and the owners of Hypixel Guild Bot (”we”, “us”, “our”). This document does not supersede any Discord Terms of Service.

The words "MUST NOT", and "MAY" in all of the following portions of this document are to be interpreted as described in RFC 2119.

Access to the Bot

By using the bot, you agree to be subject to the following conditions, except with prior written permission by us. We reserve the right to remove access to any service at any time if you do not adhere to these conditions, violate our terms of service in any way, or for whatever we deem valid without justification. Should you not agree with or violate these terms, you may not access the service and/or be blacklisted from its use.

Rules of Usage

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use and/or access the Bot.
• You may not use the Bot with the intent of causing harm to the Service, other Users, or any persons.
• You may not attempt to abuse, exploit, or otherwise misuse the Bot in any way.
• You agree that your use of the service will not include sending unsolicited marketing messages or broadcasts (i.e., spam) or infringing the Terms of Service of any chat or social platform.
• You must not violate the personal, intellectual property, or other rights of any party including using, uploading, transmitting, or distributing information in any manner that infringes said rights through Hypixel Guild Bot.

Links To Other Websites

We are not responsible for what happens if you visit any links or websites which may appear in the Bot. We strongly recommend you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Termination

Your access to the Bot may be suspended immediately without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.
